In the Shenandoah Valley of California, the warm days and cool nights create a perfect environment for Chardonnay, producing a delicate, well-balanced style of wine.

Our 2009 Shenandoah Valley Chardonnay is barrel-fermented and aged in 20% new French oak for 10 months.  The wine displays a light gold/green hue, with delicate fruit and oak aromas on the nose. On the palate, crisp, clean tropical fruit and citrus are balanced by a light oak finish.

The 2009 Chardonnay is a perfect match for grilled fish, roast chicken, or ripe, medium-flavored cheeses.
